The 10-day website: inside the pipeline

The classic website project dies in the middle. Week one is exciting. Then come the mockup rounds, the "just one more revision," the copywriter waiting on the designer waiting on you. Three months later you launch something you stopped loving in month two.

Days 1–2: The interrogation

Days 3–5: Design and words, together

Days 6–8: The build

The approved design becomes a real site: responsive on every screen, animations tuned, forms wired to your WhatsApp and email, basic SEO in place.

Days 9–10: The shakedown

Then it goes live — on your domain, with HTTPS, connected to your WhatsApp.

What the ten days are not

They're not magic, and they're not hands-off. You still make the calls: the positioning on day one, the design direction on day four, the final go on day ten. The pipeline doesn't remove your decisions — it removes the waiting between them.
